If your VISA Debit Card is lost or stolen and the Credit Union Main Office is not open, you may call Certigy at 1-800-453-4270 to report the card lost or stolen. During regular Credit Union hours, you must call the Credit Union Main Office at one of the numbers listed at the bottom of this page.

When contacting us by e-mail, please DO NOT include:

  • Social Security numbers
  • Personal Identification Numbers (PIN's)
  • Pass Codes or Passwords
  • Checking Account numbers (the number printed on the bottom of your checks)
  • Debit/credit card numbers

Internet e-mail is NOT secure! The above information should never be included in any unencrypted e-mail. A good rule of thumb to use when determining what to include in unencrypted e-mail is this -- if you wouldn't put the information on a postcard and send it through the mail, then don't put the information in an unencrypted e-mail.

In order for us to reply as accurately and rapidly as possible, please include the following in your e-mail:
  • A Subject on your e-mail
  • Your Name
  • A clear description of your problem or a clear statement of your question
  • Your Credit Union Account Number (if referencing a current Credit Union Account)
  • How we should contact you (e-mail address, telephone number, etc.)

If your e-mail is about a specific transaction, please include the date of the transaction, the dollar amount of the transaction and any other relevant information. Failure to provide sufficient information or a clear description of the problem will delay us in assisting you.

Because we cannot verify the identity of persons sending e-mail to the Credit Union, changes to your name, address, telephone number, etc. must be made using one of the following:
  • In person at our Main Office in Jamestown or at our Lakewood, Frewsburg or Randolph offices.
  • In a signed letter sent to the Credit Union using regular mail.
  • If you have Internet Banking, as a message sent to us while you are logged into the Internet Banking system. Since you must be logged in to your Internet Banking account to send these messages and these messages are encrypted, we can verify the identity of the person sending the message.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT E-MAIL OR TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR CHANGES TO YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, ETC. PLEASE SEE THE ABOVE PARAGRAPHS FOR ACCEPTABLE METHODS TO REQUEST THESE CHANGES.
