At a recent Board of Directors meeting, it was decided that with some changes and added safety procedures we will be able to open the lobbies of most of our branches on June 1, 2020. Our Panama branch will remain closed for a few more weeks as we work on ideas to safely reopen that office.

For the safety of our employees and members the following will be necessary to conduct business with the credit union in the lobbies:

  1. Members must wear a mask when in the building. If you do not have a mask we will provide you with one.
  2. Members must maintain safe social distancing. There will be tape marks on the floor to help with this.
  3. No more than 4 people will be allowed in the lobby at one time. If there are more than 4 members requiring service they must wait outside until they can safely enter the lobby. We ask that members continue to use the drive-up windows and online services as much as possible.
  4. If possible please bring your own pen. If you do not have your own pen we will provide one for you to use and you will then keep the pen.
  5. We will be sanitizing common areas on a regular basis to keep you our members and our employees safe.
  6. We ask that if you are not feeling well or have been in close contact with a person with COVID-19 that you refrain from visiting the office. You may be asked some general health questions if it appears you may be ill.

We want to thank all our members for their patience and co-operation as we work through the reopening and try to get back to normal. This has been a difficult time for not only you our members but our employees also.
